The Yorkshire Pairs is the  county’s premier pairs event and the qualifier for the EBU ‘s Corwen Trophy.     This year, the EBU will be staging an equivalent competition for Nine High players.

The Yorkshire Pairs is to be played face to face at York Bridge Club and the Yorkshire Nine High Pairs will be played online using BBO.

The entry fee for the Yorkshire Pairs will be £56 per pair.   This will be a two session event and a buffet style meal during the interval between sessions is included in the price.

The entry fee for the Yorkshire Nine High Pairs will be £10 per pair.

The starting time of  the Yorkshire Pairs will be 1.00  pm.  

To enter – email Stuart Davies at events@ycba.co.uk, giving your and your partner’s names and EBU numbers.   Payment of the entry fee by bank transfer to the account of Yorkshire Contract Bridge Association,  Santander Bank, sort code 09 02 22, account number 10861509.    Quote reference YP25 and your surname.

For the qualifiers, the final of the Corwen Trophy will be played online using RealBridge on 31st May and 1st June 2025.    The final of the Nine High Corwen Trophy will be played online using RealBridge and BBO on 1st June 2025.
