To all playing in the Harrogate Spring Congress at the Cedar Court, Harrogate from the 6-8 February:
Your Tournament Directors for this weekend are Johnathan Lillicrop (Chief TD) and Jim Edwards
1. Timings will be as per the Entry Form and the Programmes are available at the venue when you enter the Bridge Room.
2. If you are using the Car Park, please enter your registration number on the computer at the Reception desk.
3. If you have mobility issues, please make yourself known to the Chief Tournament Director, Johnathan Lillicrop, when you arrive. There is a disabled entrance to the Bridge Room on the RH side of the bar.
4. There will be food provided for those who have made us aware of their dietary issues in advance.
5. Toilets are situated on the corridor to the left of the entrance to the bridge room. There are no toilets in the reception area.
