The hotel is situated in the heart of the Roman City of York on the banks
of the River Ouse and close to all the city's main attractions, including the
National Railway Museum and Jorvik Centre. It is only a few minutes walk
away from the railway station. The hotel has its own car park, where
the rates have now been reduced to £4.50 per day and £6 overnight
